Beryl Chadwick sadly passed away in Leighton Hospital on 8th July aged 92 years.
A devoted wife to the late Joe, a cherished Mum to Carol and Josie and a much-loved Gran and Great-Gran.
Beryl will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all her family and friends.
Funeral service to take place on Thursday 14th August
at 1.45pm at Crewe Crematorium.
Family flowers only please, donations in memory of Beryl
will be gratefully received for The Alzheimer’s Society.
Black dress is optional as Beryl wasn’t a lover of it.
